Our prices are inclusive of customs and excise duties unless stated otherwise.
Please note that certain items such as laptops, medication, supplements, handbags, wigs, smartphones attract a higher tariff. We will regularly update you on changes to customs or airline policies.

We encourage customers to collect their goods from our warehouse as soon as notification is sent of customs clearance. We can also deliver by arrangement in Harare only. We offer free delivery within a 20km radius from Robert Mugabe Airport from the Airport. Areas that are outside of this radius will attract a delivery fee. Due to traffic congestion in Harare, our delivery guys cannot guarantee the exact day or hour of
delivery. Picking from the warehouse is best if you need your goods urgently.
Please advise your receivers to examine their goods before signing for them at the
warehouse or at home/office.

know the owner of that parcel. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NAME APPEARS ON
THE PARCEL. You can add “c/o Vipta Global underneath your name”.
If it’s coming from you, address it in your name as well.
As soon as you buy or send your package, PLEASE SEND YOUR PACKING LIST
